Kroger Mega Event 7/29 (week 1)
If you were lucky enough to get your hands on a couple Sunday papers yesterday (7/28), you know we scored some major coupons! Locally we had 5 inserts but some regions had 6. Either way, this great big stack of coupons combined with a new Mega Event at Kroger makes for an exciting week of couponing! Kroger Trip 7/23
I was able to score almost $86.00 in groceries today at Kroger for just $1.23 plus tax. But, how did I do it without there being ANY coupons in last Sunday's paper?! The answer is simple... I used Ebay and my favorite coupon clipping service: www.couponcarryout.com ... for those of you who are not familiar with coupon clipping services they are quick and convenient to use! It may sound illogical to "pay" for coupons--but you're really just paying for someone's time to clip and ship them to you. Ordinarily if I want 5 of a coupon I would have to go buy 5 Sunday papers, which adds up to $10.00. While I always make my money back on the papers I bought, I can just as easily use a coupon clipping service and get ahold of those 5 coupons for under $1.00 or less most of the time, but I digress.
