I made a quick trip into Kroger tonight on my way to pick some prescriptions up. I made my transaction short and simple, and managed to save 96%! Here's what I did:

-Used (2) printable $.50/1 coupons from www.coupons.com
= 2 for $.88c ea (4 for $3.12)
* 2 Turtle Chex Mix $.99ea =($1.98)
-Used (1) printable $.60/2 coupon from www.bettycrocker.com
=2 for 78 cents or 39 cents each
*2 Green Giant Veggie Chips $.99ea= ($1.98)
-Used (2) $.50/1 printable coupons= 2 FREE
2 Always Pantiliners $1 ea ($2.00)
-Used (2) $1/1 coupons= 2 FREE
10 Starburst $.50ea ($5.00)
-Used (5) $.50/2 coupons = 10 FREE
10 Skittles $.50ea ($5.00)
-Used (5) $1/1 coupons= 10 FREE
(I also used a $2 coupon off my order from doing the Cheerios deal a few days ago)

I paid: $2.14!!
